Kung Fu is complex. It has many different techniques for punches, open-hand strikes, blocks, and kicks and emphasizes continuous circular motion of the arms, legs, hands and body. Each move has many different progressions and countermoves. Kung Fu is fluid and relentless, pausing only when the fight is over.

Training for Kung Fu at our studio focuses on the traditional basics: conditioning for strength and flexibility, meditation for mind training, stances and striking, and Qi, or breath control
